Legal notice & privacy
Publisher and host
Publisher: hquezser, a private individual publishing this site on a non-professional, non-commercial basis. Under French law (LCEN, art. 6 III-2), a non-professional publisher may withhold their identity from the public provided the host holds it. It does.
Contact: GitHub issues on the source repository. This is the channel for every request below, including removal requests.
Host: GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — github.com. The site is served by GitHub Pages.
Applicable law: French law.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript, loads no external resource (no fonts, no images, no scripts, no stylesheets from third parties), and contains no analytics, no tracker, no advertising and no affiliate link. There is no account, no form and no field to fill in. Nothing you do here is measured, stored or transmitted anywhere.
This is enforced by the build, not merely promised: every page is checked before publication for the absence of any third-party sub-resource.
Because the site is served by GitHub Pages, GitHub processes technical connection data (including your IP address) in order to deliver the pages, under its own privacy statement. That processing is GitHub's, not the publisher's, and happens for any site hosted there.
Personal data in the content
The site publishes player names or handles, tournament names, dates and placements, alongside decklists expressed as card identifiers and quantities. Player names are personal data.
- Source. These results were already published by the tournament organisers listed under Sources. Nothing here is collected from you, and nothing is obtained from a private or restricted space.
- Purpose. To let players import competitive decklists into the OPTCGSim simulator, and to compare lists within an archetype. Nothing else.
- Legal basis. Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): documenting published competitive results, with data already public, in a form limited to what that purpose needs.
- Minimisation. No email address, no postal address, no photograph, no ranking history, no cross-tournament profile beyond what a decklist page shows.
- Retention. For as long as the corpus keeps the tournament. There is no separate database of people.
Removing your name
If you appear here and would rather not, say so and it will be removed — you do not have to justify the request. Open an issue on the repository naming the tournament and placement. You need not disclose anything further in public; naming the entry is enough to identify it.
Removal is applied to the published corpus and takes effect on the next build, normally within twenty-four hours. You also have the rights of access, rectification, objection and restriction under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
Intellectual property
No game content is reproduced here. The site displays card
identifiers (such as OP15-061) and quantities. It shows no card
artwork, no card name, no card text, no rules text and no scan. This is a deliberate
design constraint, checked at build time, not an oversight.
One Piece Card Game is a trademark of Bandai. This site is an independent, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Eiichiro Oda, or the operators of the sources listed below. OPTCGSim is a third-party simulator, likewise unaffiliated.
Sources and attribution
Tournament results are gathered from the organisers who publish them, and every tournament page links back to its source. The publishers of those sources retain their rights in their own databases.
- Limitless TCG — paper circuit results.
- ChinoizeCupStats — online circuit results.
If you operate one of these sources, or hold rights in any material published here, and you want content removed or attributed differently, open an issue on the repository and it will be acted on promptly.
No warranty
The content is provided as is. Decklists are parsed automatically from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Nothing here is official tournament documentation, and no liability is accepted for any use made of it.
The site is free, carries no advertising, sells nothing and asks for nothing.
